The terms of this document govern the relationship between the user (“you“) and Cycleplay (“Company“ or “We”) in respect of your use of the Software and Services.

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use Our App.  By using Our App, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.  If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not install, use or access our service and app.

If you are a minor, you must get your parent or guardian’s permission before installing, using or accessing the Software or Services.

Updates


We reserve the right to withdraw our apps at anytime. We are not responsible if our app is unavailable to download at any period of time.


We may offer updates to our app or services. We hold the rights to discontinue any Updates and is under no obligation to provide any Updates.

Acceptable use policy

You may use Our App and our Facebook/Twitter page for lawful purposes.  You may not (as applicable) use Our App or our Facebook/Twitter page:

  • in any way that breaches any local, national or international law or regulation;

  • in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;

  • for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;

  • to transmit, sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); nor

  • to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.


Virtual items / Currency

By using our apps, you may accumulate Virtual Items, whether earned through use of the app, “purchased” with or by the exchange of other Virtual Items, or “purchased” with legal currency or Provider Credits.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • the Virtual Items do not exist outside of the app.

  • you do not own the Virtual Items, or any real world equivalent to the Virtual Items;

  • the Virtual Items do not hold any real world value;

  • the app may contain bugs or other defects that may result in the loss of Virtual Items;

  • the prices of virtual items can change anytime.

  • you must not steal or otherwise misappropriate the Virtual Items of other users;

  • you must of trade or sell virtual items to other users.

  • if you delete our App from your device (including resetting the device to its factory settings), any Credits will be lost (unless you have previously backed up your device and then restore using that back-up);

  • if something goes wrong with your device (e.g. there is a hardware malfunction), you may lose your Credits   (unless you have previously backed up your device and then restore using that back-up);

  • if you lose your device, or otherwise no longer have the same device, you will lose your Credits (unless you have previously backed up your device and then restore using that back-up); and

  • you cannot ‘swap’ your Credits between copies of Our App on different devices (e.g. if you purchase Credits on your iPhone, the Credits will not be available on your iPad).

We have no involvement with, or control over, your purchase of Credits – if you purchase Credits, you form a contractual relationship with Apple for those Credits.  Please refers to refund section if you require a refund. We are not responsible for any loss of credit through data loss.

You can ‘back-up’ your current Credits at any time by syncing your device with iTunes.  If a device is then ‘restored’ using the relevant back-up, the relevant Credits will also be restored to that device.

Where Our App contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Parents should take extra care when passing their phone to anyone young who lack the understanding of online transactions. Always make sure your phone has parental mode switch on and PIN code protection enabled.


We are not responsible for any accidental or misuse purchases through our app. We can only offer refunds for duplicate orders which are made by mistakes. Please note that we have a 14-day refund policy. After that we cannot refund your order.

Data Usage Fee

We cannot help in any way to refund such fee. You need to contact your mobile carrier for the data transferred while on their network.

Our App App contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the contents or resources of these other sites. If you have concerns about how other websites collect and use information about you, make sure to read that site's own privacy policy.

Whenever you play our games, we may collect data about all of your interactions with the game to help us to improve our products.
